Who we are

StoryBinge is a serial-fiction app operated by Treven Medija d.o.o. Contact: support@storybinge.app.

What we process

Your account email, a device identifier, reading and listening progress, your coin balance and ledger, and — if you accepted the 17+ screen — usage events (which stories you open and how far you get).

Analytics

Our first-party analytics is on by default after you accept the 17+ screen and can be turned off any time in the app's Settings. The only advertising SDK is the optional AdMob rewarded ads described below.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with ad networks beyond the optional rewarded ads below.

Processors

DigitalOcean (hosting), Apple (sign-in and purchases), Google (sign-in, purchases and AdMob rewarded ads), Sentry (crash reports).

Rewarded ads (optional)

You can choose to watch a rewarded video ad (Google AdMob) in exchange for coins — always opt-in, never automatic. AdMob may process your advertising identifier; in the EU we ask for your ad-consent choice first (separate from analytics), and you can decline. Ads are not used to track what you read.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access and deletion: delete your account inside the app, or write to support@storybinge.app.

Age

StoryBinge is for people aged 17 and over.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete it, records keyed to your identity are removed.
